    We have constructed about 7,00,000 sq.ft of warehouse space in the first and second phases. The third phase is planned for 7,18,000 sq.ft expansion. A revolution is opened up in the Logistics segment in South India. A commercial center with an area of 25,00 sq.ft has been built. Office space for clients who would like to have their office spaces inside the logicity is provided. The park is well connected to the highways. The park also stands close to the airport, railway and thus providing multi-modal connectivity.

    With the GST rollout, Coimbatore is poised to become the hub for FMCG’s to set up their depot for Kerala supplies.     We are involved in setting up a state-of-the-art logistic/industrial park in Coimbatore. The industrial park is ideally located in Pappampatti, is making it easy for in-ward and out-ward traffic. The location is also the best choice for city supplies, the rest of Tamil Nadu supplies and also the supplies to Kerala.
    Till now, there are no organized providers for Warehouse Park in Coimbatore, and we are making sure that the void is getting filled by setting up this facility. The construction of the first phase of 5,10,000 sqft has been initialized. The first one lakh sqft will be ready for occupation in by January 2018. The company has a plan to construct one million sqft there. We will be able to deliver customized buildings for our customers, on the receipt of a letter of intent from them prior to the start of construction. All the approval for setting up the facility will be taken care of. This includes licenses for fire, water, etc. Customers will only have to obtain a company license.
